We take our place within these communities seriously, and in light of recent concerns around coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), we are doing our part to safeguard the health and well-being of our own team, and those we care about. To that end, we have taken the below precautions, in line with CDC recommendations, to ensure the safety of both our clients, staff, and community members.
Our Team Is Working Remotely, Effective March 17
In order to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19, our team will be operating remotely until further notice. We are confident that this move is the right one both for public health, and for our clients. Our team has conducted a thorough assessment of our virtual workforce capabilities, and our temporary move should in no way impact our ability to serve our clients at the highest levels.
April 8 – 10 Q4 Leadership: The People Skills Advantage Program Is Postponed
Due to health and safety concerns around recent outbreaks of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our April 8 – 10 session of Q4 Leadership: The People Skills Advantage. If you or your colleague are currently enrolled in this session, our team is available to assist with rescheduling. Our next session is June 23 – 25, and you can find a full list of upcoming dates here.

Virtual Assessments and Interviews Are Available
Our team has offered virtual proctoring and interviews for several years — in this way, we are well prepared for the current situation. Out of an abundance of concern for the safety of both our clients and our staff, we are suspending in-person assessments and interviews, effective March 17.
If you have candidates scheduled to assess and/or interview in our offices, our team will be in touch to provide links and reschedule as needed. Ongoing Updates for a Fast-Changing Situation
We will continue to monitor the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) response to and guidance about the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Psychological Associates will follow the guidance of the CDC and the State of Missouri.
