Across a range of industries and sectors, Erick has worked with organizations in healthcare, professional services, telecommunications, travel, consumer staples, and non-profits.
With a strong background in quantitative analysis and statistical computing, Erick is skilled at leveraging data to help individuals, groups, and organizations make effective decisions and solve business problems. From discovery to implementation, he serves as a reliable collaborator and trusted thought-partner.
Erick’s academic research explores the work-family issues of family members who work together, the challenges they face, and how they manage issues related to boundaries and conflict.
