Dr. Matt Fearrington has had a diverse career, having worked in clinical, educational, and business settings.
Since transitioning to the corporate world, he has conducted hundreds of assessments for positions ranging from entry-level up to the C-Suite. When assessing job candidates, Matt takes a respectful and collaborative approach and strives to make the experience positive. He has also used assessment extensively to aid in the developmental process. Matt is able to provide accurate and honest feedback to employees in a sensitive
