His deft coordination skills allow him to respond to any obstacle in an efficient manner while ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders are kept in the loop along the way. He also emphasizes adaptability when managing projects and quickly and capably addresses changes to plans.
Having worked for several years with PA’s operations team, Max is well-versed in managing the cycle of PA’s solutions from beginning to end.
